Researchers from University of Taiwan decided to conduct an experiment.
The experiment involved women of different age, weight and origin and they were given one glass (250ml) tomato juice daily, in a period of 2 months.

It is recommended that you prepare freshly homemade juice. For this you will need 6kg tomatoes, 4 tablespoons of sugar and 2 tablespoons of salt.
